On 15th July 2022, Minister Counselor Zhang Pei Dong, First Secretary Yao Yi, First Secretary Zheng Le and Secretary Zhang Hao of the Economic and Commercial Department of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia visited Kibing Negeri Sembilan Industrial Park for research and guidance. Kibing Group Chairman He Wenjin, Malaysia Energy Conservation General Manager Wei Jianshu, Malaysia Sand Mine General Manager Yin Jianqin, Kibing Malaysia Deputy General Manager (presiding) Liu Jie, Kibing Negeri Sembilan Park Chairman Lin Ruiyi and other leaders warmly received and accompanied the research.
During the research, Minister Counselor Zhang and his party first went to the production line of Malaysia Kibing and Malaysia Energy-Saving to inspect and visit the production and processing process of float glass and energy-saving glass.
Mr Shen Huiqing, Vice President of Malaysia Kibing, introduced to Minister Counselor Zhang the production process of "from a grain of sand to a piece of glass"; Mr Wei Jianshu, General Manager of Malaysia Energy-Saving, introduced to Minister Counselor Zhang the process from "Customization" float glass to meet the "Personalisation" needs of different customers of the energy-saving glass.
After the visit to the production line, the group chairman He Wenjin on behalf of the Kibing group and Minister Counselor Zhang and his party had a discussion and exchange. First of all, on behalf of the Kibing Group, Mr He thanked the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia for the support of Kibing companies for a long time. The visit of the Minister Counselor and his delegation is a positive response to the national "Belt and Road" initiative, to go overseas to be come "Stronger and Bigger". At the same time, Mr He also introduced in detail the development status and strategic layout of Kibing Group in the glass industry and reported the basic situation of Kibing Group's new project in Sabah, Malaysia.
Minister Counselor Zhang said, as an excellent private enterprise, Kibing Group can boldly go out, which is very worthy of recognition, hope that Kibing Group’s Malaysia companies can actively integrate into the local culture and operate in compliance with the law; keep safety in mind in production operations and avoid labour disputes. At the same time, in the current international environment, Kibing Group should be cautious in dealing with the complex and changing environment overseas, to protect the enterprise from factors other than business practices. Finally, Minister Counselor Zhang hopes that Kibing Group can grow "Stronger and Bigger" overseas, and become an excellent example of stable development for Chinese enterprises in Malaysia.
